Refund policy

Items may be returned for store credit only. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.  Please email shop@winterharbour.ca with the above details to authorize any return before shipping.  

In the event your order arrives defective/damaged or is missing an item, we offer full replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please get in touch with shop@winterharbour.ca immediately with photos and details. 


Upon authorization, returns must be shipped within 2 weeks of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

All items are subject to a 20% restock fee.
